USE A DROP POINT
Your device will be sent via the Purolator services and depending on part availability, it will be repaired and returned to the original drop-off point within three to six business days.
You will be asked to pay $39.99+tx to cover shipping and evaluation costs. We will reimburse those costs 100% if the device is repaired. Upon receipt of your package, one of our experts will inform you of the diagnosis and repair costs for your device. The repair costs charged will be payable directly at the drop-off point when you pick up the device.
Use our search engine to find the service point closest to you and go to the chosen store with the device to be repaired.
USE THE HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
Depending on shipping times and the availabilities of parts for your device, it will be repaired and returned to your address within two to four business days once your package is received at the repair center.
For $25 (PayPal), we will send you a box via Purolator Express which will then be redirected to the repair center.
Upon receipt of your package, one of our experts will inform you of the diagnosis and repair costs for your device. Payments will be made Visa or MC via telephone call or via PayPal.
You must first complete the online repair form. You will then receive a box in the mail within the next two business days. Peel and stick the prepaid shipping label on the outside of the package. Place the repair form inside the package with the items to be sent. Prepare the box for shipping and drop it off at the nearest post office
