3. A broken HDMI socket

A broken HDMI socket may prevent your TV from recognizing an external device or simply prevent you from plugging in a game console or laptop cable. If this is the case, you may not see any images on your TV screen.

4. Error codes or flashing lights

Flashing lights or an error code on the screen means that your television has an issue. However, it can be difficult to identify what the exact problem is. If you see flashing lights or an error code, contact us so we can fix the problem quickly.
