There are several reasons why your TV may not work properly. There are many problems you might encounter.

2. Backlighting (LED)

If your TV isn’t displaying images correctly, for instance, if spots are appearing or the screen is black, it could be a backlight problem. To fix this issue, some of your TVs LED lights will need to be changed. Since this is a complex procedure, we recommend you contact us to have your TV repaired by our experts.

3. A broken HDMI socket

A broken HDMI socket may prevent your TV from recognizing an external device or simply prevent you from plugging in a game console or laptop cable. If this is the case, you may not see any images on your TV screen.

4. Error codes or flashing lights

Flashing lights or an error code on the screen means that your television has an issue. However, it can be difficult to identify what the exact problem is. If you see flashing lights or an error code, contact us so we can fix the problem quickly.

5. Lines that appear on the screen

If lines appear on your screen, it means that your screen isn’t working properly. You can try to solve this problem by rebooting your TV. To do this, switch off the television and unplug all the power cables. Wait at least 2 minutes, reconnect the cables and turn your TV back on. If the problem recurs, contact our team.
